This weekend, I spent some quality time with my family. Mom finally got the chance to go shoppping with me. We were shopping for housewares stuff, curtains, bath mats, stuff like that. I'm totally pinked out. I swear, when I get my house, there will be minimal pink in it. However, I was a really good patient girl and put on a good show throughout the entire process "Oh yes, they are very lovely flowers...oh my pink, that's perfect for your bedroom, it will match the bedding nicely."

*sigh*

So I'm looking forward to starting school so I can have a good excuse to ignore my family duties.

Oh and, on Sat I went to Dad's company open house. The General Manager came over and asked me "so, what grade are you in?"

O__O

I haven't been asked that question in a VERY long time.

My body never fails to amaze me

Apparently stress and anxiety can cause itchy skin, especially around the ankles.

This was my diagnosis this morning by Student Health Services.

Let's see, I have moderate acid reflux so it's always nice to study with a burning stomach...I've already had two energy crashes (I was basically totally drained of energy and slept all day) and now I have this stupid itchy skin rash to deal with. I really hate the rash though. I was jumping up and down in my room swearing and pinching myself trying to keep myself from scratching it and making it worse.

How am I supposed to focus when I'm itchy?

Off to the drug store...where's the anti itch cream?

I really don't have time for this -_-

Random

1. Currently addicted to Classics FM. I'm sorry but if listening to classical music makes me a geek then so be it. I absolutely love this stuff (Harry Potter, LoTR, Bach,to Tchaikovsky) and I don't really care if it makes me smarter (although I definitely won't mind increase in IQ). I was so moved by Piano Concerto in G major by Maurice Ravel that I was late to my lecture. I really need to do some serious downloading in Kazaa or dish out money to build my cd collection.

2. Is it just me or are the majority of housewives in cleaning product commercials, (ie: Lysol, Dr. Clean)redheads? Anyone wanna confirm this?
